Description
This is an auction for the Lp by Hawkwind entitled Warrior on the Edge of Time released in 1975 in the UK on United Artists Catalogue number UAG 29672. This is a first Uk press with A1U and B1U matrix numbers and a "Porky prime cut" written in the runout groove. This copy also comes with the rare inner sleeve and unique foldout sleeve.
The Vinyl is in excellent condition. There are just a couple of very light superficial marks visible but the Lp has retained a lovely sheen and looks really good. I have listened to the entire Lp at high volume and it sounds really good. It sits nice and flat on the turntable and plays through without any skips or jumps. There is some light background noise but this does not detract from the audio which is clear and vibrant throughout and a pleasure to listen to. Overall i would grade the audio as excellent.
The labels are in excellent condition.
The foldout sleeve is in Very Good++ condition. There is some storage wear to the corners but it still looks fabulous when it is opened up, please look at the photo's.
The inner lyric sheet is in Very good++ condition with some very light creasing.
Overall a superb copy of the unique Lp which is getting harder to find in this condition.

The cost of postage in Europe is £8.00 and will include international signed for as mandatory . Anyone bidding who does not have feedback will have their bid cancelled straight away. Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc
