THE HEARD-45-"Stop It Baby" b/w "Laugh With The Wind"-Audition Records #6107-Amazingly KILLER and MONSTER 1966 Rochester, New York Garage-Punk-ALL of you are obviously familiar with this with its first appearance on PEBBLES VOL. 7 years ago...If not, this is one of the most KILLER punkers EVER-Badazz lead vocal, guitar-heavy crunch with a powerhouse dual harp/lead guitar break...all the elements are here....the planets were in alignment when this was recorded! Flip is equally GREAT-not as heavy as "Stop It Baby" but equally great ­almost heavy folk-punk with an incredibly off-the wall 12-string lead guitar break...Fantastic 45. Holy Grail MONSTER. Condition: Record is hard to grade-somewhat 'beat-up', lots of small scuffs/scratches/scrapes visible in certain light angles; much wear evident as well on both sides, less on "Stop It Baby" side...both sides play through great-obvious background noise on both sides, especially on the quieter"Laugh With The Wind" side-a percentage is covered on "Stop It Baby" due to the loud content... Label has some wear and stained (see photo)...
