Description

For sale is Heart's Dreamboat Annie album.  This record is in mint condition an has been played one time (just to record it onto a cassette).  The record has been stored in a plastic sleeve it's entire life and I am the original purchaser.  The Nautilus records is similar to MFSL but is not MFSL.  I have not weighed the vinyl, but this brand appears (just to the touch) to be a heaver vinyl than MFSL.
The cover is graded excellent due to actually original defects I never cared about when I purchased it.  The front cover has some nicks on the side.  The back cover has some printing smudges down the center and the cardboard also has some small creases in it.  I've graded it excellent, and since the paint errors are factory, I am not sure how that would actually effect the ratings.  The cardboard does not reflect the paint smudge.
Here is your chance to own a piece of history.  This is as good as it gets and only a sealed record could be in better shape.
Any questions, please ask.
