Description

Heather MacRae- Lazy Sunny Day b/w Hands Of The Clock Rare Psych Promo written By Craig Smith
You are bidding on a very rare promo copy of the Heather MacRae (who went on to star in Jesus Christ Superstar) 45 Lazy Sunny Day/Hands Of The Clock. This is a desirable pop psych record and although the plug side is "Lazy Summer Day" , the pick to click is "Hands Of The Clock".  Both sides are notable for being written and produced by psychedelic casualty Craig Smith who went on to become Maitreya Kali a self proclaimed psychedelic Messiah. Craig Smith also wrote hits songs for the likes of Andy Williams, Glen Campbell and The Monkees. This fascinating and strange story about the life of Craig Smith is detailed in the exhaustively researched book "Swim Through The darkness" by Mike Stax.  Condition: This record usually sells for $200 in near mint condition. This is far from Near Mint and so we've started this auction at a fraction of that price @ $59.99. This copy has many small scratches and scuffs but plays well with light surface noise that doesn't interfere with an enjoyable play. Please check out the sound clips that I've attached (below this description) before bidding.  Buyer pays $5.99 for first class shipping w/tracking.  Powered by eCommercePlayer.com Powered by eCommercePlayer.com
