It's tough to guage factory seals from the 60's, as not all plants had that "stripe" in the back.  I would say this doesn't "feel" like a reseal, BUT, the corners are kind of "loose, and there are no uniform breathe holes.  But looking at the spine, it looks clean to me.  IDK, see picks and judge for yourself


 


Cover has some impacted corners, but is overall nice and clean


Wax is presumably unplayed
