DETAILED DESCRIPTION:-

COVER:-
The outer, fully laminated GATEFOLD cover is in EXCELLENT+ condition overall. This one shows little sign of age-wear & everything is still well intact. Still glossy & with virtually no rub wear (minor corner rub, but hardly noticeable) & just one small, minor crease; this cover is actually really good, especially for it's age (41 years !).

The Front & Back continuous Naked Models photo is in Excellent+ condition.

The Inside colour picture of JIMI & the 2 sepia photos of Noel Redding & Mitch Mitchell are all perfect. Just the crease of the inside spine show any sign of wear (impossible to avoid if you are to open the cover out). EXCELLENT+.

The Spine is also EXCELLENT+ ; perfectly, straight, flat & true with just the fold crease evident (again, impossible to avoid if you open the cover out).

The Opening Edges are EXCELLENT+ with no feathering & being clean, straight & flat.

All in all an EXCELLENT+ example of this ultra-collectable cover.

LABELS :-
The BLACK TRACK record labels with Silver print & logos are all EXCELLENT+. Just one visible spindle mark on Side D. No other unwanted marks. So EXCELLENT only for that one label; the other 3 EXCELLENT+.

INNERS :-
The standard "PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS" Inners are also EXCELLENT.

THE RECORDS THEMSELVES :-
The 2 heavyweight slabs of vinyl are in even better condition than the cover !!   I grade them as NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT++ with no marks visible in ordinary daylight & just a couple of very minor surface marks evident under strong artificial light. Test played today on my highly critical Linn Sondek LP12 ; All plays REALLY, REALLY WELL with just the odd click/crackle & some minor surface noise between tracks & in the quieter passages (I get this on ALL vinyl, even Brand New).

TRACKS:-
SIDE A :- 1.And The Gods Made Love,    2.Have You Ever Been (To Electric Ladyland),    3.Cross Town Traffic,     4.Voodoo Chile.

SIDE B :- 1.Little Miss Strange,    2.Long Hot Summer Night,     3.Come On,     4.Gipsy Eyes,     5.The Burning Of The Midnight Lamp.

SIDE C :- 1.Rainy Day, Dream Away,    2.1983...(A Merman I Should Turn To Be),    3.Moon, Turn The Tides... Gently, Gently Away.

SIDE D :- 1.Still Raining, Still Dreaming,    2.House Burning Down,    3.All Along The Watchtower,    4.Voodoo Chile (Slight Return).

* All written by Hendrix apart from "Little Miss Strange" (Noel Redding), "Come On" (Earl King)  & "All Along The Watchtower" (Bob Dylan).

Jimi Hendrix - Lead Guitar, Vocals;     Noel Redding - Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals;   Mitch Mitchell - Drums. + Steve Winwood, Jack Casady & Buddy Miles.
