My clearout continues!
I'm selling this for a friend and it's not in the condition I would usually sell records. However as it's so rare and there's definitely a demand for it, I'm willing to sell it in this condition. Please read the description carefully and look at all the photos.

The vinyl grades visually as VG and play grades as VG also, there's like marks on both sides and a couple of largest scuffs however they LP plays through well with only like crackle and the odd light tick which is more noticeable in the quieter sections and in between tracks. Both track labels graders VG, with light spindle wear and a name written on the silver of track.
Sadly the sleeve isn't in as good condition, with lots of where all over and a tear completely along the top Edge. There's also water damage to the bottom right corner and general creases and discolouration all over. There's a small circular burn hole in the front cover top right hand corner. The tear may be repairable to an extent but it's not something my friend is ever attempted. I'd grade this leave as poor condition.
