"Only One" is a Freddy Fender penned Chicano sweet soul ballad and "I'll Come Running" is an excellent uptempo soul cut with some nice harmonies and farfisa flourishes. --- Another single that barely comes up ----- Don't sleep!!!

The 45 is in strong VG (Very Good) visual grade condition. Pretty solid sounding copy of this rarity!
Please listen and judge the playback for yourself!
The labels have some age wear, fading and writing on the "Break It To Me Now" side.
The 45 will be placed in a new sleeve and outer polysleeve for preservation.
