Original MONO (DEEP GROOVE on one side) Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4195) 

** NEW YORK USA Labels on both sides
** DEEP GROOVE on Side One
** VAN GELDER and The EAR are both stamped in the run off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION is Strong VG- / close to VG
 - There are some light scuffs / light scratches on each side which are not audible and do not affect play. 
- There are several scratches which are mainly very lightly audible in the backround
- there are a couple of very small scratches near the end of the track "Maiden Voyage" which are louder for a very brief moment. 
- This Record has been cleaned on a VPI machine and the majority of it plays very well 
- Labels show very little signs of wear, several very light spindle marks on each side
- The Original BLUE NOTE Company Inner Sleeve is included

COVER CONDITION is VG- 
 - there is a 3 inch long seam split at the bottom right hand edge, a 3 inch split at the top right hand edge, light ring wear, light corner wear, light wear around the edges, a few very light crease marks, a small lightly torn spot on the front, some light water staining / several small yellowing spots on the back, a couple of darker water marks in small areas on the back
