vinyl = excellent to near mint

really nice record. here's a good (and accurate) mini review, lifted from popsike: Rarely offered Texas Private Folk Psych by Larry "Sunshine" Rice from the early 70's. A very solid LP from beginning to end in the downer folk psych bag with creepy spine-tingling despairish vocals, strum guitar picking and a very introspective feel at times in the Tim Buckley vein.
