Description
Heron-1st LP from 1971.Original 1st issue UK Dawn DNSL 3010 with insert and original inner bag.
A1B1 matrix.This is a really nice example of an increasingly hard to find LP.
The original textured gatefold sleeve has the strong feel of a good cover-there are a no.of very
faint marks in the white area on the front that hint at a bit of staining.Also that darkening of the white
edges that comes with age and a couple of minor marks on the rear cover.Nevertheless its still a fine looking cover
with a good spine and inner gatefold.Absolutley clear of writing,tears,and anything majorly bad.
Original white inner and original green and white insert in excellent condition.
The disc has a lovely clear sheen.There are a couple of noticeable marks on either side but it plays great
and there are only a couple of seconds where anything interrupts the clean sound and I am talking a bit of static etc.
The only real click I could hear was on the run in groove.The record itself is very soft anyway and having not heard it before
,and not being my normal type of music, I was really impressed and the fact that it plays so well helps greatly.This is an album
that needs a clean sound which it has here.Also nice clean labels with faint spindle play.
A good original copy of this rare album complete withe insert.Both cover and disc have a few signs of age/use
but these do not stop this being a really nice set and overall I think one would be hard pushed to find anything
much better than this set.
