Description
Up for your consideration is an original pressing on the Poppy label of "High, Low and In Between" by Townes Van Zandt". The cover has a promo corner cut and some radio station call letters written on front in black magic marker. The cover also shows some moderate ringwear and some spine chipping. There is also a one inch seam split at bottom right and a radio station filing system sticker that wraps around the spine.
The LP has been cleaned on an ultrasonic record cleaning machine and falls in is a solid VG+ with just a few scattered low level tics and pops. The fidelity is superb. The LP comes in a new Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve and the original Poppy inner sleeve is also included. Don't settle for a re-issue or a CD. One may prefer to look for one with a nicer cover, but if you put more importance on record condition, go for this one......you won't be disappointed.
