YAZOO'S HISTORY OF JAZZ - a Yazoo LP (L-1070) record featuring music originally recorded in 1925-1940. Yazoo put out these records in the mid-70's which collected music from old 78 r.p.m. recordings. This one features front and back cover art by R. Crumb (underground comic artist - Zap, Mr. Natural, Keep on Truckin', etc.) who loved this music and has illustrated many albums. The art is taken from the set of trading cards (Early Jazz Greats) he illustrated for Yazoo back in the 1970's) and the music includes many of these musicians.
This LP is opened and has shrinkwrap. The LP itself is in excellent shape with no wear I can see. There is very light wear on the cover corners - overall in really nice shape. I can combine shipping for multiple LPs ending in the same week.
