Description
Following my sale of John Coltrane LPs, next are the three LPs published by HMV in the 1960s headlining Archie Shepp.
First up here is the August 1964 recording of four Coltrane numbers, produced by Coltrane himself and Bob Thiele, released originally by ABC-Paramount Records on the Impulse! label (cat. no. A-71/AS-71). This is the UK issue on the HMV black and red label, matrix numbers AS 71 A-1/AS 71 B-1.

Grading
Media: NM Clean surfaces, a couple of very light marks
Sound: NM Fabulous, clear audio - no pops/crackles etc on my rig, some very slight background on the side run-ins
