Hombre - Rhythm & Roll LP (Original Private Pressing/Walrus 1983)
Rare private Michigan jazzy funky soul LP known for its great "breaks". Hombre features Sweet Maya members and there other LP, "First Shot" features a few Sweet Maya songs on it but, in my opinion both are much better in music and production than Sweet Maya but also much more unknown. See my other auctions for Hombre's "First Shot" LP and the Sweet Maya LP which was recorded at infamous local Kalamazoo Michigan studio, Uncle Dirty's Sound Machine Studios, from the 70s/80s that produced other highly collectible private press albums such as Kopperfield, Cloudburst, Morey Store Band, Sweet Maya, Poor Richard, Magi, White Summer, Jeffery Liberman, and John Drendall/BA Throwers legendary "Papa Never Let Me Sing The Blues" LP among others.
