HORACE SILVER: "FINGER POPPIN' WITH THE HORACE SILVER QUINTET" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #4008.  Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp!  Original MONO 1st pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both labels.  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  "EAR" etched and RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Blue Mitchell/trumpet; Junior Cook/tenor sax; Horace Silver/piano; Eugene Taylor/bass; Louis Hayes/drums.  The vinyl is in VG++ condition (beautiful gloss)!!  There is a slight edge warp that does not affect play.  The thick laminated cover is in VG++ shape and displays nicely, although very slightly dished.  There is evidence of a little bit of wear at bottom right corner tip.  No writing, no cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Address on back cover is 47 West 63rd Street, New York 23, N.Y.  The songs are:  Finger Poppin'; Juicy Lucy; Swingin' The Samba; Sweet Stuff; Cookin' At The Continental; Come On Home; You Happened My Way; Mellow D.
