Description
- This album is by jazz pianist Horace Silver and his quintet. Entitled "Horace-Scope",it was released in mono on Blue Note records BLP 4042 in 1960. He is joined by Blue Mitchell,Junior Cook,Gene Taylor and Roy Brooks. Vinyl is on the blue and white label with the 47 West 63rd adress and has RVG stamped and the ear in the dead wax. It grades at vg- with a nice shine and numerous mostly surface marks with one small feelable scratch. Overall play is decent with a few light clicks in a few of the quieter parts but for the most part plays better than it looks. . Cover is G condition wear and soiling on the back and has tape along all three borders.
