Description

The Horace Silver Quintet "Song For My Father" on Blue Note 4185, Mono. Van Gelder stamp  & Ear are in the dead wax on BOTH SIDES! The vinyl is in EX condition, very clean and well preserved. I play graded this fantastic LP on my light tracking Thorens turntable w' a stanton Cartridge, Side 1 is EX+ Played VERY well.  Side 2 had 2 visible small marks. The 1st mark at the end if the 1st song ticked 9 times. It did not skip or stick. the second seemed to be no problem,  Side 2 played very well other than the 9 ticks! So i grade side 2 VG+ to EX. The cover is in EX as well w. small initials on the back.  It also has the original Blue Note inner sleeve! Hard to find these Blue Note Classics in This wonderful condition.
