Artist: THE HORACE SILVER QUINTET
Title: “Blowin’ the Blues Away”
Label: BLUE NOTE. Catalog number is BLP 4017. Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is blue/white, with blue text.
Both sides have deep groove, with label address as follows: BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC * 47 WEST 63RD * NYC.
Stamped RVG with “ear symbol” in runout on both sides.
Year: 1959.

Condition:
DISC: Vinyl retains 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times and handled with care. Grades nice VG+ to VG++ with a couple light hairline scuffs on each side that do not affect the listening experience other than to produce a few soft tics. No serious marks or issues. Fidelity is superb. Labels are clean. A very fine playing copy.
JACKET: Jacket is EXCELLENT. Laminated front panel has nice clean and bright artwork. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. A bit of slight wear at corner tips. Reverse has some faint spots of wear, but otherwise is clean with no writing, stickers, cutout indications, or other issues. A very fine jacket worthy of display.
