Description

Capitol Records effort to cash in on the success of The Beach Boys was probably what inspired this 1963 release in conjunction with Hot Rod Magazine.  The record itself is quite uncommon, not to mention the fact that this copy has ALL THREE of its original inserts!  There are two 8 x 10 glossy black and white photos and a detailed pamphlet on car terms.  The pamphlet also promotes the fabulous Beach Boys and Dick Dale.  LP and cover are VG/VG+ with original inner sleeve and inserts.  Songs are performed by The Super Stocks, Hot Rod Rog, and Shutdown Douglas.  Produced by Nick Venet (of Beach Boys fame).  Los Angeles pressing.
