HOUR GLASS "POWER OF LOVE" IMPERIAL LST -7555 MONO AUDITION NOT FOR SALE STICKER 1968
Formed from the ashes of the Allman Joys and the Men-its and featuring later producer Johnny Sandlin; drums and guitar this was the band's second and final album. Of course we all know the joy of owning this record is due to the collectability of it being Pre Allman Brothers ! Much better than their poppier debut album, there are seven compositions by organist singer Gregory Allman. Two tracks by Eddie Hinton: "Home for the Summer" and"Down in Texas" and a fine take on the Beatles "Norwegian Wood". Here is where the Bros started to develop their rhythm and blues material which by the following year were blowing everybody away.. Cool Stuff here

COVER: VG Decent condition with a large sticker residue mark on both the front and rear cover and the number 69 written in black ink on the front.fraying along the seams and generalized cover BUT...No heavy ring wear, seam splits cut outs or other damage There is a AUDITION MONO NOT FOR SALE sticker in the upper front corner but nothing else to confirm it to be a promo...
