Description
Here are some more great record deals. I have added a grading chart on my listings below the description list. I try my best to be accurate and conservative. Please note that my VG means Very Good, not crappy. Bid with confidence. All items will start at 5.00
It's getting close to summer. Time to get out the Hot Rod so you can get to the surfboard by June. I will have some great hot rod surf LPs listed this week so check my other listings. All are nice VG players with decent covers. These are perfect for the average vinyl lover. They all play great but are shy of perfect so the fussy collectors might leave them affordable to who just want to crank um' up at a party, at the drags or just in the garage while dinkering with the car.
Artist/Band: Hal Blaine and the Young Cougars
Title: Deuces, T's, Roadsters & Drums
Label: RCA Victor LPM-2834
Year: 1963
Format: Mono
Disk: VG+? (can I rate a disk VG+ that has micro lines?) Nice gloss, plays EX
Cover: VG+ (most sellers would say EX. Just a lil wear near the corners, has a small tear on back slick corner, has original pricetag on top right which does NOT distract and is actually kinda cool.)
Inner Sleeve: RCA ad sleeve
Comments: Great music lead by 60s premire dummer. Has a bit more class than average hot rod/surf albums from the 60s
My Record Grading
NM - Has no marks or surface noise, full gloss and clean labels. Covers will have no addressable wear, crisp seams and corners.
EX - Very close to NM but might have only LIGHT surface marks only visable under bright light. Covers show only the slightest shelfwear
VG+ - Disk might have superficial marks that do NOT affect play, has NO audible scratches. Might have rare occasional dust ticks audible between tracks. It is a well kept record that shows normal use. Cover shows it's age but has no serious ringwear or splits.
VG - Means VERY GOOD. The record is in realistic condition, but has NO deep scratches, skips or annoying surface noise. Might have light surface sound between tracks and quiet areas. Might have a light barely audible scratch or two that do not interupt play. But plays very good for an old record. Covers might have ringwear, minor splits and even writing, but is still presentable or even restorable.
G - Is an old used record that still plays good without skips. This is the condition of most 50s and 60s records and are usually not found for sale unless they are very rare. The cover still holds the record.
I ship records in a professional way. The disk will be sent out of the cover, packing assures safety to the cover.
