Description
Here is a rare Halloween-themed 45 record album, just in time for the upcoming holidays!
This selection is from 1977 on the EMI label, and famed horror Vincent Price sings...
) A-Side: "The Monster Mash" (Sure, the Mash is kinda played out, but this ghoulish rocking version done by Price is fantastic. Awesome song!)
) B-Side: "The Bard's Own Recipe" (I daresay this side is even better, as Price performs the famous Shakespearean "Eye of newt, toe of frog..." monologue from MacBeth) done in a rocking funk/disco style with female background singers. Astounding!)
Both the vinyl, label, and original sleeve are in gorgeous shape; in fact, as you can see by the pics, the center cutout (for deciding which turntable style to use) is in its original unpunched condition! While I'm certianly no expert, I'd say it's somewhere in the NM range.
