Description
Columbia Records catalog # 30582, stereo, copyright 1971.
A very clean copy of Hampton Grease Band's "Music to Eat" album. This double LP is still in opened shrinkwrap.
This group, led by "Colonel Bruce" Hampton, plays a very unusual style of music, and has been compared to Captain Beefheart and Frank Zappa. The music is a bit more cohesive than Beefheart's, and not as technical as Zappa's, but the outsider vibe is there. Very unusual, and worth a listen!

Vinyl is in excellent condition. Play surfaces are very clean and quiet. I grade the records near-mint. Gatefold sleeve, still in opened shrinkwrap, is NM-, due to a cut upper left corner. No writing or split seams, and just minor handling wear.
