Description

This is Clef Records MG C-707, Hank Jones Urbanity, a black, deep groove, trumpet label original mono issue of this wonderful record. The record is in strong VG+ condition showing light marks on both sides. The record plays with occasional light background under the music but no skips or distortion. The cover with the marvelous David Stone Martin drawing is excellent but has some fraying on the spine (nothing is missing just split). The back is AUTOGRAPHED "To Hans, Best Wishes Hank Jones" . The record is from the estate of my friend Hans Bruhner. The labels are excellent. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is still an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original recording with the added bonus of the autograph. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins.
