Hank Mobley, Roll Call
- 1961, Blue Note (BLP 4058), mono, "47 West 63rd NYC" labels, does NOT display deep groove labels, small "R" below the "E" in "NOTE" on each label, "RVG" and "ear" mark in dead wax,
- G+ vinyl (Like so many Blue Note records, this album plays much, much better than it looks. That said, this album doesn't even look that bad. A smattering of very light scratches, none of which can be felt, plus some fingerprints that have alluded my VPI. This album's issue - the issue that has warranted its grade - is that it spins with a noticeable warp. I say "spins", and not "plays", because as far as I can tell, the warp does not affect playback. That said, my table is very forgiving. If you have an arm/table that's super high end and/or quite sensitive, the warp may cause a jump. Please be aware of this and consider staying away if you believe that there's a chance of this warp being problematic for your table.)
- VG+ jacket (Front cover is glossy and clean, but displays a round sticker in the top right-hand corner. Back cover is somewhat faded and displays a spot or two of moisture wear. Spines and corners are in nice shape, displaying only some light/typical handling wear)
