Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Hank Mobley “Quintet” on the New York 23 labels of Blue Note BLP 1550. The flat rim playing surface is visually in very good condition; however, there are low level intermittent tics throughout, particularly on the last track of Side 1. The laminated West 63rd St. cover is bright and clean throughout; age toning around the edges of the back slick; 1/8” wear on the bottom left corner; ¼” wear at the opening corners. Personnel include Art Farmer, Horace Silver, Doug Watkins, and Art Blakey. $500.00.
