Recorded Live In The Village of Sleepy Hollowville At The Ichabod Crane Studios

The front cover has a colorful picture of a covered bridge with the headless horseman in the front with bats flying around.

The back of the cover has a picture of scary trees with the branches in front of the moon and also has the titles of the story and sound effects.

• Cover: VGVG (Some wear along edges and corners. Some small creases along edges on front with an angle crease at bottom left corner. Couple small creases on back at top edge and angle crease at bottom right corner.)   
• Vinyl: VG+VG+ (Faint surface noise on both sides, which makes it sound scarier, can still hear clearly) 
• Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a tiny bit of wear around the center hole)
