Mega-Rare 1959 / 1964 Norman Petty Explains Plane Crash / Last Studio Recording in JANUARY, 1959 on 7" 45rpm in Original Picture Sleeve on the PRISM Records label ( # PR-101 ) by BUDDY HOLLY / NORMAN PETTY ( Music track Recorded in NEW YORK in January, 1959 - Interview from Clovis, NM circa 1964 ).   Record is in Near MINT condition ( rec / slv ) and plays just like new condition,  record surface is shiny and new looking... comes in green heavy paper sleeve and protective mylar re-sealable outer sleeve...  record labels have no marks or writing... overall a really rare item because of its scarcity, playing condition and content!  LISTEN BELOW to a blended track

VERY SCARCE RECORDING DONE JUST 1 MONTH BEFORE HE DIED!!
( Interesting explanation given by Norman Petty for why the airplane crashed )

Side One:    "THAT MAKES IT TOUGH"  -  uncharted and previously unreleased track recorded in Juanuary, 1959 in New York... not a completed mix

Side Two:    "NORMAN PETTY TALKS ABOUT THE PLANE CRASH" -   says it was "Pilot error"!!!
