Description
(Hear) Rock-It’s Iowa Private Label Rockabilly 45 (Don’t Stop Don’t Stop)
Rock-It’s with vocal by Ralph Robbins – “Don’t Stop Don’t Stop” b/w “Frankie and Johnnie” (No label). Incredibly rare rockabilly from the Des Moines, Iowa area in really rough condition - but it still plays all the way through and sounds much better than it looks. Popsike shows 4 copies sold since 2010 with the first and least expensive at $510 and the last one at $900. But then, they probably didn’t look like someone roller-skated on them and didn’t have a starting price at about 2% of the last one sold. Take a listen to a little of each side. There is some writing on the label. It’s hard to read, but it turns out to be autographed by Robbie, Marv, and Chuck, the members of the band. I’ll call it good condition because it plays so well.
