Description
The Zoo – “Hey Girl” (Fidelity Recording Studio). Unknown (at least to me) 45 RPM garage band cut on one sided of a 10-inch metal acetate. The label is from Fidelity Recording Studios in Hollywood, California and the sound is definitely 60s to me. Apparently the composer was a Steve Kierulff which may provide some lead to the group. I’ll call the actate in VG condition but part of the label is loose and the label has has residue on it where a small sicker was removedand a small tear. The sound is very good (though I don’t advise playing any acetate often – make a copy to play. Now, take a listen. Postage & insurance will be paid by purchaser.
