Description
Terry Westlake – “Baby Be My Chauffeur” b/w “First Time I Saw You Baby” (57th Street Records 201). Great Mod R&B Soul cut is an organ driven and horn and guitar laden two-sider on this small New York label. “Chauffeur” is generally considered the “collector” side but both are excellent – take a listen to a little of each. Record is a dj copy in strong VG+ condition (I’d call it a M- except for an “X” on one label). This is a scarce one that should be in any R&B, Mod, or Northern Soul fan’s stash. Postage will be paid by purchaser.
