“Hear The Beatles Tell All”
Original First Pressing
Up for auction today we have an original first pressing of The Beatles-“Hear The Beatles Tell All” Vee Jay Records-VJLP-202. This is the rarer version which omits the PRO designation on the labels. The vinyl is rated M- and looks like it was unplayed. There is a tiny nick on the Lennon side and a tiny hairline scratch on the Beatles side. It is shiny with great gloss and the labels are both NM. I cannot seem to find any spindle wear on either sides.
The cover is rated a VG plus. No seam splits, no yellowing with some very faint ringwear on the back cover. There is a tiny push on the top left corner and the bottom left corner. Also, a push on the back top left and bottom corners.
This record comes with the original red VJ inner sleeve. You can refer to the Bruce Spizer book on page 194 of The Beatles Records on Vee Jay.
This is not a bootleg, counterfeit, or a reissue of any kind. It is the original first pressing that was released around Nov 1964.
. The sleeve is VG plus with 2 small tears on the top of the R&B side and a very small piece of paper missing on the Gospel side.
To make this package complete it is accompanied with the original Sears Baggy loose wrap which fits nice and tight.
