Description
This is a listing for Helen Merrill's self titled original first pressing 1955 on Emarcy.
The first press can be distinguished with the blue back on the cover as well as the silver rim on the center labels, both of which are present.
PLEASE NOTE: The record has flaws including scuffs and light scratches that cause light to moderate surface noise upon playback.
There is one audible quick skip on the intro to track 3 side 1. Other than that it plays through on my system with pops here and there as well, but overall sounds really beautiful.

The cover is in better shape with some laminate peeling on the right and 1.5 inch top and bottom splitting. Price sticker residue on the cover as well as on the center label.
