Description

Original deep-groove pressing of Helen Merrill "Dream of You" on the drummer-logo labels of Emarcy MG-36078.  The record is in near-new condition, with a high luster on both sides; perhaps played once or twice.  The laminated cover shows a photo that, unusually, is perfectly clear, without the haziness that frequently spoil Emarcy images; some lifting of the lamination along the opening; some aging to the paper, but otherwise well preserved.

Personnel includes Gil Evans (arr., cond.),  John  LaPorta, Art Farmer, Hank Jones, Oscar Pettiford, and many more.
