Henry's Dress / Flake split 7" Omnibus Records Flake Music The Shins Aisler Set

This auction is for a  super clean copy of the rare split 7" record featuring two awesome 90's bands, Flake AKA Flake Music, and Henry's Dress. Winner of this auction also receives as a free bonus item a genuine handbill-sized gigposter print (unless they  really don't want it)--either of the two choices shown in the photos section of this auction.

I've had this since it was released, and played it only once or twice, and it looks accordingly untouched. The "cover" and two other inserts are present and in similarly great condition.

Flake Music would eventually morph into The Shins, whose first several releases were also on Omnibus Records. Amy Linton from Henry's Dress would go on to play in the Aislers Set (both of her bands were primarily on Slumberland Records).

Note: There are images of two posters included here, and you may select either one (or neither) as your free bonus. If you don't indicate a preference, you'll receive the one from the Sleater-Kinney show. Both shows were in Davis, California, where Omnibus Records was based, and both included Henry's Dress, but only the Sleater-Kinney show also had Flake Music on the bill.

Money issues are forcing me to sell off my records, and I'm pricing this to move, with no reserve. I'm not a dealer and these are my own records lovingly cared for over the years.

My goal is to ensure that a bidder knows exactly what he or she will be receiving upon winning the auction, so please check out the photos (more can be provided on request), and ask any questions you might have prior to placing a bid.

***Fun fact, pointless trivia, or irrelevant boasting (or all of the above): I was in several Omnibus records bands in the early 90's and I "designed" the Omnibus records logo and the bonus posters.***

Shipping for this item will be the actual calculated cost of the service you select, plus $5 to cover packing it properly (a necessity when shipping expensive vinyl) and insurance.

When shipping vinyl, this is my packing process:
1. Records are removed from the outer picture sleeve and any printed inner sleeve, and placed in standard plain white sleeves (the type with die-cut label holes in the center on both sides) for travel outside the picture sleeve. (This is to prevent seam splitting in transit).
Printed inner sleeve and/or any other insert material goes back in the outer sleeve for travel.
2. Everything is then placed in a heavy-duty poly bag, and taped up securely (so that the contents will fare better in the event that the package gets wet or is exposed to weather en route).
3. The item is securely sandwiched between very sturdy 12.5"x12.5" 3-ply chipboard stiffeners (these are primarily to protect the corners of the picture sleeve from damage in transit, but also make it less likely that the entire package can be bent or warped, while also adding a layer of protection against damage from sharp objects).
4. If you're receiving fewer than 5 standard LPs with sleeves, your item(s) will be packed snugly and shipped in a well-sealed quality LP mailer box. For any orders requiring a larger box, bubble wrap will fill any space not consumed by the items, to ensure that there is no movement of contents once the box is sealed up and on its way.
