Herbie Hancock - Man-Child 1975 US Press - Pitman Black Text - Jazz. Pitman Press with black print on rear sleeve This item was imported into the UK and the inner bears the relevant sticker indicating that this was under licence from the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society. The label is interesting in that it was originally the usual red Columbia Label but then a yellow circle of paper, with CBS printed on it, was affixed over the word 'Columbia' (see picture). This would seem to coincide when Columbia Broadcasting System adopted the name CBS. The sleeve also has two yellow CBS labels stuck on top left front and bottom of the spine. Sleeve does have minor signs of ring wear but otherwise shows little signs of storage or shelf wear. Graded VG+ but others might grade as EX. Vinyl has been played once or twice at the very most and plays with only the odd pop or click between tracks. Matrix / Runout (A-Side Runout Stamped) : P AL 33812-1F Matrix / Runout (B-Side Runout Stamped): P BL 33812-1F Vinyl is clearly VG+ but others might go to EX
