This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Herbie Hancock “Empyrean Isles” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4175.  The record is in near-new condition, with an amazing luster; perhaps played once.  Similarly, the coated New York 23 is in extraordinary condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout.  Personnel include Freddie Hubbard, Ron Carter, and Tony Williams.  $750.00
