Description

I Have @ 700 LPs I will be putting up for sale in the next 2 months. I'll list as many as I can daily, so check back often, or bookmark me.

LOUIS SMITH - Here Comes Louis Smith, Blue Note BLP 1584. Original 1958 Mono with 47 West 63rd NYC address on both labels. RVG and the Ear etched in the dead wax area. Both sides are Deep Groove.

VINYL looks VG. There's scuffs and some faint scratches, but nothing you can feel. The record plays fantastic! I heard soft surface noise for a few seconds at a time on some tracks and between tracks only. Even the lead in is quiet on both sides. This was my copy. This is a nice and heavy, shiny record.

COVER is better than average with nice color and high gloss. There's light surface wear, some edge wear, age fading, and some stains along the bottom. No splits or writing. A great looking cover considering it's 54 years old.

TRACKS - See pic

PAYMENT –  PayPal within 7 days after the close of auction.

SHIPPING:

U.S. BIDDERS – Shipping is FREE for Media Mail anywhere in the U.S.   Insurance, upgrade to Priority Mail, Tracking, and other options are available on request, at actual cost. Ask me before you  make payment if you require any of these.

CANADA - Shipping is $6 for the 1st LP, then $3 for each other LP in the same package.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS – To Europe, Asia, and anywhere else, it’s $14 for the 1st LP, and $4 for each additional LP in the same package.

PACKAGING:

I ship in sturdy cardboard LP mailers with the record separated from the cover (unless it's sealed). I also fill the mailer with extra cardboard to prevent the record from sliding around in the package.

GRADING - (DONE VISUALLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED) Near Mint is my highest grade, & I don't use ++. I don't grade covers, I just describe them.

NEAR MINT (NM) - Nearly perfect vinyl. No obvious signs of wear. Clean looking labels. Looks like it was hardly ever played. This record looks like it will play without any surface noise.

EXCELLENT (EX) - An excellent quality record with no more than a few very faint scuffs. This record may look like it has been played, but handled with extreme care.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) - Record surface may show some slight signs of wear and may have light scuffs but nothing you can feel with your fingertip. Faint surface noise may be present between tracks and at the lead in.

VERY GOOD (VG) - Many of the defects found on a VG+ record are more pronounced on a VG disc. Surface noise may be heard but will not overpower the music. There may be light scratches that can affect the sound with occasional pop and crackle.
