Did you Know? Originally, the album was to be called The Beatles Again. Shortly before the record was released, however, the title was changed to Hey Jude.
We grade the LP play Quality using basic grading scale (A,A-,B+,B,B-,C & D) We use basic cleaning methods to assure best play possible. The album is played all the way through on both sides followed by final Grade determination A to D. A = best quality D= lest quality Grading with a white light includes visual inspection of sleeve for scuffs & LP for light scratches, or other superficial marks. That will not affect play. We use Poly sleeve to protects album.
Note to Buyer
All vinyl records have crisp light analog lp sound due to the nature of record player system. They are not perfect by design to allow greatest range of sound. How a record player works. Turn on the machine and an electric motor (not shown) makes the black vinyl disc rotate around the silver peg in the center. You lower the tone arm (a pivoted lever with the stylus and cartridge on the end) onto the outer edge of the disk and wait for the little diamond tip to fall into the groove with an amplified clunking sound. The stylus then slowly "reads" the music written on the disk as the little diamond crystal at its tip (a tiny dot beneath the red plastic guard at the front) drags through the groove. The stylus feeds vibrations to the piezoelectric cartridge (gray plastic), which passes electrical signals through the gold-colored terminals at the back. Cables run from these terminals through the tone-arm to an output socket somewhere on the record player's outer case, which you hook up to your amplifier and speakers.
