Breakable & Fragile Items: All fragile and breakable items are packed in many layers of protective materials to ensure that your item arrives to you in the condition it was photographed and later packaged. Items that sell for over $50 will have additional insurance added to equal the purchase price. ($50 insurance is automatically included in USPS Priority). Please immediately report any damage and send pictures so that a claim with USPS can be initiated as soon as possible.
Returns (If Applicable):
If you are unhappy with your item let me know as soon as your received it and I will do my best to resolve the problem. It’s important to me that my customers to be 100% happy!
All Items must be in the exact condition as when shipped. Any tags or stickers must still be intact, and the item must not be altered in any way. If an item is damaged in shipping, please immediately take a pic and send to me so I can initiate a claim with the shipping service.
