You are bidding on a brand new unplayed Hilltop Hoods State of the Art Double LP. There are only 500 of these albums every pressed and they will not be re-pressed.

This album is autographed by Suffa, Pressure and Debris. If you have followed the career of the Hilltop Hoods you will realise this is a collector item that can only go up in value.

We are happy to post this item either in Australia via Registered Post for $8 or Internationally via Registered Post International for $20. As soon as payment has been made your order will be sent.

Bank Deposits                                                                                                                                  When making payments via bank transfer we require that you reference your payment with your ebay username or the item number. If you fail to do this it will slow down our process of getting your order out to you.

We bank with ANZ Bank. Deposits can be made in several way:

• Make an internet transfer into our account
• Go into your own bank and ask them to transfer into our account
• Go into ANZ and make a deposit into our account                           

Our philosophy when it comes to shipping is "You pay... we send". Its that simple. As soon as we receive payment from you we will dispatch your order. With express post orders you may receive your order the next day from which you order it.

All deliveries are sent via Australia Registered Post or Express Post. See the specific listing details for the postage method for your item. Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being cleared.

Once the item has been posted your package receipt number will be emailed to you which you can use to track your item via the Australia Post website.

Combining Postage

If you are buying multiple items simply commit to buy the items. Then before paying send us a payment total request. We will then combine postage so that you are only charged one low rate.

Pick-up

We do allow customers to pick-up their purchases. If you would like to pick-up your purchase and avoid paying postage simply commit to buy, then before paying send us a message letting us know you would like to pick you item up. We will then send you a revised invoice with the postage charge removed. Once payment has been received we will let you know the pick-up address and times. Our pickup address is in Adelaide CBD.

Products may be returned due to:

Incorrect Sizing:
If we have the correct size in stock you may send the original product back to swap for another size.

Postage back to us of the original product and the cost to re-post the replacement product will be paid by the customer.

If we do not have the correct size we are happy to provide a refund of the product purchase price.

Misrepresentation:
A 100% refund will be given if the product advertised is not identical to that which is delivered. If a mistake of this nature occurs we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.

Exchange/Returns Policy:
All claims for an exchange or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. Notification must be made to us before returning a product. All items to be returned must be in 100% saleable condition with all packaging in tact.

Product Warranties:

Most products that we sell carry a manufacturers defect warranty. If you buy a product and it develops a manufacturing fault simply contact us and we will refer it to the manufacturer/distributor who will determine whether it is a fault and whether to repair or replace the product. In some cases a manufacturer/distributor may require the faulty product to be sent to them, but in some circumstances photos will be acceptable.
