CONDITION
Disc
Labels: EXCELLENT +
As you can see, this superb pair display a slight groove/indentation which appeared on a number of EMI pressed LP from this year. The labels themselves have a collection of faint spindle marks around each centre hole but are otherwise in perfect condition.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces of this spectacular disc are MINT & totally unmarked. It really does look like it was pressed yesterday. Close examination directly beneath my halogen desk lamp reveal nothing more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines from initial inner-sleeve removal, but no other blemishes or wear at all.
Play: NEAR MINT
This truelyy outstanding sounding copy has only received a few careful plays on top-quality equipment. All tracks during my careful playcheck at volume sounded 'as new' with no evidence of any groove/play wear whatsoever or indeed any clicks, ticks or any other such distraction. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
Cover
EXCELLENT +
This top-class example has been carefully and correctly stored in non-smoking environment for the past 43 years. It displays a perfect, unscratched & undamaged high-gloss laminate with just a few light spine bends but no 'thumbnails' or any other wear whatsoever. Apart from a slight bruise to the upper right corner, all are pretty much 'as new' and there is no wear at all to either opening edge. The rear panel is perfectly clean & bright white with no discolouration, marks, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks, both seams and the spine are in perfect, undamaged condition.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & crisp with just a few unavoidable storage creases but no splits, tears or writing.
