Description
This is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity
to own a BEAUTIFUL condition copy of
the one-and-only ORIGINAL mono pressing
on LUTE Records, with VPI Machine-cleaned vinyl
and clean labels. Both sides were play graded
all the way and sound EXCELLENT with
NO obvious surface noise, and no clicks or pops.
Jacket is in fantastic shape and is still in open but intact shrink-wrap. It's a shame this album is frequently
pigeon-holed as merely a "novelty", when
in fact these are all EXCELLENT covers of
classics from the Rock & Roll / Rhythm & Blues
popular "oldies" repertoire, with a couple of
excellent surf / hot-rod instrumentals thrown in,
not to mention their big "novelty" hit.
