Description

Holst - The Planets. 1962. Herbert Von Karajan. Vienna Philharmonic. UK DECCA ORIGINAL STEREO UNBOXED. Grooved label.. Very first pressing. Beautiful EX PLUS!! What can you say about this gem. Quite simply one of the most sought after classical albums ever. And this ones in gorgeous shape. Reckoned to be THE finest ever version of The Planets... Im certainly not going to argue there! SXL 2305. Everything is simply EXCELLENT PLUS.... Lovely Clean white rear cover... Practically no creasing. Only very miniscule on spine. Crisp opening edges. Sniped spine original. Original DECCA NEW STEREO inner bag!!! Beautiful condition also! Original Grooved UNBOXED DECCA logo labels. ( Groove vanished mid 68) so early pressing here. Perfect labels. Playing surfaces gleaming... Obviously barely played. Only tiny lines only seen under direct severe spotlight. Sumptious audio . No wonder they rave about this! Nothing comes close.... Very rarely offered in this shape!! Very special landmark record. Gradings as per Record Collector Grading System. Dealer and Collector since 1974. Buy with confidence. Overseas customers very welcome. Any questions please get in touch
