Description
The Honeys - "Pray For Surf" b/w "Hide Go Seek" 45 RPM single
Label: Capitol (USA)
Catalog # 5034
Excellent and rare mid-60's Surf/girl group 45. Arranged and conducted (and one side written by) Beach Boy Brian Wilson.
CONDITION:
Vinyl is visually VG/VG. Has scratches and scuffs, which affect play very little. Play condition is VG+/VG+. Great sound with very light surface noise, only audible at the beginning and end of each side. Labels are intact on both sides--very light ring wear, otherwise perfectly fine.

Grading Scale:
Mint - Perfect. No visible or audible defects.
Near Mint (NM) - Almost perfect. May be a few minor imperfections, best viewed with a magnifying glass. Usually my top grade for a used record.
Very Good+ (VG+) - OK, a few little blemishes - a small scuff here, or some little bit of cover edgewear there, but nothing that looks too bad or that ruins your musical experience. Surface noise may be audible between tracks or in very quiet musical passages, but overall sounds pretty clean. Still a great record to own.
Very Good (VG) - Will definitely be some minor surface noise between tracks or during quiet musical passages--or even a pop or two during a louder section. Yes, it has a few scuffs or scratches. Or maybe the cover has a small hole in it. Not for the extremely picky perhaps, but most would be happy to have this in their collection. A record that is still a keeper and an enjoyable listen.
Good (G) - Yeah, it's not the best, but it's still probably decent, especially if it's loud, rockin', funky or swingin' music. The vinyl and cover probably has multiple scuffs, scratches, or maybe the dog even chewed a small hole in the cover. May have VERY MINOR water damage, but nothing that has destroyed the cover or record. Perhaps someone's kid brother marked on it with a pen somewhere. Will probably hear surface noise through much of it, but not to the point where it overpowers the music. In other words, still playable and enjoyable for most.
Fair/Poor (FP)* - Probably pretty beat. Still has some play left, but stay away unless you are a low fidelity fanatic like myself (you should see some of the junk my needle plows through). If it's an extremely rare or unique record, it may do until a better copy comes your way.
* It will be rare that I will sell anything below "Good" on ebay. FP records I usually reserve for flea markets, garage sales or my own personal collection. At any rate, records advertised below MINT or NEAR MINT will come with a specific list of defects so you can decide for yourself. I will also refund your money if you are really unhappy with your purchase. See my full return policy for details.
