Horace Silver And The Jazz Messengers (1957)
Pressing features: Vinyl, LP, Blue Note - BLP 1518
Vinyl grade: VG/95% of this plays VG+ and above. I always grade down. There are 3 marks on this - very light scratches. I don't hear any surface noise on playback.
Cover type/grade: G/seam wear, top has a split all the way across, bottom has 4.5" split.

Grading scale: NM / EX / VG+ / VG / Good. We use a grading system based on the Goldmine Grading Guide to rate the records we sell. All open records are professionally washed/cleaned and we play grade all our records on quality equipment and make every effort to grade all media/sleeves accurately. Near Mint (NM) – Nearly perfect. Vinyl has no visible defects. Cover has no signs of wear. (I don't grade anything NM)
Excellent (EX) - Except for a few minor things, it would be NM. Vinyl imperfections are purely cosmetic. Cover has only minor signs of wear.
Very Good + (VG+) - A few more light scuffs and scratches than on an Excellent record, but the listening experience is still very nice. An occasional light pop or crackle may occur. Cover may have a defect or two (a cutout, for instance) but is otherwise very nice.
Very Good (VG) - Scratches/scuffs are more prominent, so surface noise is more frequent. Cover has many signs of human handling.
Good - Plays without skipping, but has significant surface noise. Cover imperfections are distracting.
