Description
Beautiful copy of this classic LP for the discriminating jazz fan! No reserve!
LABEL DESCRIPTION: BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC • NEW YORK USA
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG+. No printing on spine. This was not a laminated cover to protect the cover, so there is some chipping on edges--see photo.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): EX. Record has a few light surface marks that may make a faint noise with some phono cartridges due to different stylus profiles--they are unnoticeable with my Shure V15 Type III or Technics 205C (see photos). Very nice new-like gloss. There is just a hint of some minor pops, but overall it sounds great! I'm always amazed at how loud these Mono Plastylite pressings are. RVG machine stamps both sides. No Plastylite "ear", but "9-M" etched on both sides, a label code for Blue Note used by Plastylite. No Deep Groove. 158 grams in weight. A great record!
SLEEVE: 27 YEARS BLUE NOTE advertising sleeve.
Note about extreme closeup photos: I take them to show any flaws mentioned in the description, but they sometimes exaggerate minor flaws like sleeve scratches and dust. I clean all records with a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine and ship in Sleeve City Diskeeper sleeves.
