Description

This is the original deep-groove “P”-pressing of Horace Silver “New Faces – New Sounds” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 5018. The flat-rim playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The cover shows light rubbing on the front and normal age toning on the back; 1: split on the back, at the opening. Personnel include Curly Russell, Gene Ramey, and Art Blakey.
