Description

From Roland Kirk’s personal collection comes this original Van Gelder-stamped pressing of Horace Silver “You Gotta Take a Little Love”.  The playing surface has a few inaudible scuffs but is otherwise in excellent condition, with a beautiful luster.  The gatefold cover is also in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; 1” crease at the lower right corner; inside, the right panel is inscribed “To Roland Kirk, A great musician and a great guy.  Sincerely, Horace Silver”.  Liberty inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Randy Brecker, Bennie Maupin, John Williams, and Billy Cobham.  $100.00.
